Cycling across the African continent between Nairobi, Kenya and Capetown, South Africa was Louis Palmer's first transcontinental tour. Between 1994 and 1995 he set out solo on his bike and pedalled over 10 000 km. The adventure showed him how to realise anything he wants by staying focussed and committed, and it also gave Louis the inspiration to continue travelling and explore the world.
